生物活性

Colcemid-d3 (Demecolcine-d3) is the deuterium labeled Colcemid. Colcemid (Demecolcine), a derivative of colchicine, is a potent mitotic inhibitor[1][2]. Colcemid binds to the protein tubulin and arrest cells in metaphase for karyotyping assays. Colcemid incuces cell apoptosis and can be used for cancer research[2].
