JMS-17-2 hydrochloride is a potent and selective CX3CR1 antagonist with an IC50 of 0.32 nM. JMS-17-2 hydrochloride impairs metastatic seeding and colonization of breast cancer cells[1].

体内研究
(In Vivo)

JMS-17-2 (10 mg/kg; aministered i.p.; twice a day for three weeks) causes a dramatic reduction of tumors in both skeleton and visceral organs in SCID mice[1].

Animal Model: SCID mice (~25g) with MDA-231 xenograft[1]
Dosage: 10 mg/kg
