如何避免血清中产生沉淀?

按如下操作可避免沉淀的产生：

(1)解冻血清时，请随时将之摇晃均匀，使温度及成分均一，减少沉淀的发生。

(2) 血清分装冻存时，须规则摇晃均匀(小心勿造成气泡)，使温度与成分均一。

(3) 勿直接由-20℃直接至37℃解冻，因温度改变太大，容易造成蛋白质凝结而发生沉淀。

(4) 勿将血清置于37℃太久，否则血清会变得浑浊，同时血清中许多较不稳定的成份也会因此受到破坏，从而影响血清的品质。

(5) 血清的热灭活非常容易造成沉淀物的增多，若非必要，可以无须做此步骤。

(6) 若必须做血清的热灭活，请遵守56℃，30分钟的原则，并且随时摇晃均匀。温度过高，时间过久或摇晃不均匀，都会造成沉淀物的增多

Ortho-pyridyl disulfide (OPSS) and fluorescein functionalized polyethylene glycol (OPSS PEG FITC) is a thiol (-SH) group reactive and fluorescent PEG derivative that can be used to modify biomolecules or other materials via their available thiol groups. Ortho-pyridyl disulfide reacts with thiol group to form a stable disulfide bond while a thiol pyridyl group is released. Folic acid PEG Fluorescein, also called Folate PEG fluorescein, is one of Nanocs fluorescent folic acid PEG derivatives. Fluorescein is a bright green fluorescent dye with excitation/emission wavelength at 490 nm/520 nm. Fluorescent PEG can be easily traced with its fluorescent signal. Folic acid was covalently linked to PEG chain via its terminal carboxylic groups. Folic acid is also known as vitamin M, vitamin B9 or pteroyl-L-glutamic acid. Folic acid is an essential bioactive molecule for numerous biological functions. It participates in the synthesis, repairing and methylation of DNA as well as to act as a cofactor in many biological reactions. Folic acid is a ligand to folate receptors on cell surfaces. Fluorescein PEG folic acid is readily soluble in aqueous solution and it can be used to detect folate receoptors on cell membrane.

Fluorescein labeled dextrans, also called FITC dextran, are one of Nanocs premier fluorescent dextran conjugates. FITC dextran is a green fluorescent dextran conjugate with excitation/emission wavelength around 495 nm/515 nm.
