    产品说明

    1、本仪器是继KDN-04型蛋白质测定仪的基础上，消化吸收国外先进技术，改进设计研制而成。

    2、它具备了KDN-04型蛋白质测定仪所有的性能及特点，并能使消化装置的温度在150℃-450℃范围内任意调节，由于将催化剂硫酸铜和硫酸钾换成双氧水，样品中粗蛋白、磷、钙实现了一次性消化，其测定结果与国家标准相符，由于测定速度快工作效率提高，深受饲料、粮食质检等行业的欢迎，是日常检测的理想设备。

    产品特征

    1、H2SO4是H2O2都是强氧化剂，在高温下放出新生态氧O，使饲料中有机物分解，放出CO2、SO2、NH3及各种元素，其中CO2、SO2释放到空气中NH3·5H3SO4结合成（NH4）2SO4、P、Ca等各种无机离子均能固定在消化液中。

    2、粗蛋白质测定是硫酸铵在强碱条件下蒸馏，使氨逸出硼酸吸收后用标准酸滴定氮的含量乘以6.25为粗蛋白质含量；磷的测定是磷在酸性的条件下，与钒钼氨作用，形成黄色钒酸铵，（NH4）3PO4NH4VO316MoO1络化物，在420nm波长下比色其含磷量与吸光度成正比：钙的测定是EDTA返滴定法，在待测液中先加入已知量的EDTA标准液，然后调节PH值为12-14，以铬兰黑R（钙试剂）为指示剂，并用标准钙溶液返滴定过量的EDTA，终点由变兰色变为灰红色，由此计算钙的含量。
