| 生化机理 | α-酮异己酸是一种亮氨酸代谢产物，已知可诱导胰腺 β 细胞分泌胰岛素。 发现肠内输注 α-酮异己酸可改善内毒素血症。由此产生的酮体从其转化，可作为能源。 α-酮异己酸的蓄积特征为支链酮酸尿，这是由于缺乏支链 L-2-酮酸脱氢酶活性所致。α-酮异己酸在氧化磷酸化反应中引起解离，并作为 α-酮戊二酸脱氢酶的代谢抑制剂。因此，导致线粒体稳态的缺陷，在支链酮酸尿症中观察到。 |
