Reveromycin C是与Reveromycins A，B和D一起从链霉菌汤中分离得到的天然产物抗生素。据描述，Reveromycin C在Balb / MK细胞中可抑制表皮生长因子（EGF）的促有丝分裂活性，效力与Reveromycin A和D（IC | 50 | = 0.7〜1.1μg/ ml）相当。Reveromycins抑制EGF功能与抗增殖作用有关。
Reveromycin C is a natural product antibiotic isolated from|Streptomyces|culture broths along with Reveromycins A , B , and D . Reveromycin C is described to inhibit mitogenic activity in response to epidermal growth factor (EGF) with potency comparable to Reveromycins A and D (IC|50|= 0.7~1.1 μg/ml) in Balb/MK cells. Inhibition of EGF function by Reveromycins is correlated to an antiproliferative effect.
