生物活性

Efavirenz-13C6 (DMP 266-13C6) is the 13C-labeled Efavirenz. Efavirenz (DMP 266) is a potent inhibitor of the wild-type HIV-1 reverse transcriptase with a Ki of 2.93 nM and exhibits an IC95 of 1.5 nM for the inhibition of HIV-1 replicative spread in cell culture[1].

体外研究
(In Vitro)

Stable heavy isotopes of hydrogen, carbon, and other elements have been incorporated into drug molecules, largely as tracers for quantitation during the drug development process. Deuteration has gained attention because of its potential to affect the pharmacokinetic and metabolic profiles of drugs[1].

上海金畔生物科技有限公司 has not independently confirmed the accuracy of these methods. They are for reference only.
