CSF1R-IN-14 is an isoindolinone derivative compound. CSF1R-IN-14 is a potent inhibitor of CSF1R. Colony stimulating factor 1 (CSF-1, also known as macrophage colony stimulating factor, M-CSF) is an important growth factor that controls bone marrow progenitor cells, monocytes, macrophages, and giants.
