Photosensitizer-2 (化合物 1) 是一种具有光毒性的有机 D-π-A 光敏剂 (D-π-A sensitizer)。Photosensitizer-2 含有丙烯酸部分，表现出高水平的光毒性。Photosensitizer-2 对 HeLa 细胞具有抗肿瘤活性，其 IC50 值分别为 20.9 ± 4.5 μM (暗) 和 0.046 ± 0.012 μM (照射)。

生物活性

Photosensitizer-2 (compound 1) is a organic D-π-A sensitizer against phototoxicity. Photosensitizer-2 contains an acrylic acid moiety that exerts high levels of phototoxicity. Photosensitizer-2 shows antitumor activity against HeLa cells, with IC50 values of 20.9 ± 4.5 μM (dark) and 0.046 ± 0.012 μM (irradiation), respectively[1].
