DIQ3 is a potent anti-cancer agent, nontoxic to normal human cell lines[1].

DIQ3 (3-10 μM) reduces cell viability of HCT116 cell line after treatment for 24, 48 and 72 h; while it shows no effect at 1-2 μM[1].
