SJFα 

SJFα 是一种 13 个原子长度 linker 的基于von Hippel-Lindau 配体的 PROTAC。SJFα 降解 p38α，DC50 为 7.16 nM，但降解 p38δ 效果较差 (DC50=299 nM)，且在浓度高达 2.5 μM 时也不会降解其他 p38 亚型 (β 和 γ)。

生物活性

SJFα is a 13-atom linker PROTAC based on von Hippel-Lindau ligand. SJFα degrades p38α with a DC50 of 7.16  nM, but is far less effective at degrading p38δ (DC50=299 nM) and does not degrade the other p38 isoforms (β and γ) at concentrations up to 2.5 µM[1].
