Chlormethine-d4 (Mechlorethamine-d4) hydrochloride is the deuterium labeled Chlormethine hydrochloride. Chlormethine hydrochloride is a vesicant and necrotizing irritant destructive to mucous membranes. The hydrochloride is used as an antineoplastic in Hodgkin’s disease and lymphomas.
