MC-VC(S)-PABQ-Tubulysin M is a drug-linker conjugate for ADC with potent antitumor activity by using Tubulysin M (a tubulin inhibitor), linked via the ADC linker MC-VC(S)-PABQ. MC-VC(S)-PABQ-Tubulysin M is effective against multidrug-resistant lymphoma cell lines and tumors[1].
