生物活性

MC-vc-PAB-Tubulysin M consists a cleavable ADC linker (MC-vc-PAB) and a cytotoxic tubulin inhibitor Tubulysin M (HY-N7053). Tubulysin M is a cytotoxic activity tubulysin which inhibits tubulin polymerization and leads to cell cycle arrest and apoptosis[1].
