Anticancer agent 62 (compound 4c) is a potent anticancer agent. Anticancer agent 62 shows antiproliferative activity in HepG2, Bel-7402 and MCF-7 cancer cells, with IC50 values of 0.019, 0.060 and 0.016 μM, respectively. Anticancer agent 62 shows effective tumor growth inhibition[1].

(In Vivo)

Anticancer agent 62 (compound 4c) (BALB/c mice, 0-50 mg/kg, IP, once) inhibits human HepG2 xenograft mouse tumor growth by 71.7% at 25 mg/kg[1].
