Pep2-8 is a PCSK9 inhibitor with a binding KD of 0.7 μM and an IC50 of 1.4 μM[1].

体外研究
(In Vitro)

Pep2-8 binds to C-terminally truncated PCSK9[1].
Pep2-8 restored LDL uptake of PCSK9-treated HepG2 cells to about 90% of control activity at a concentration of 50 μM[1].
