生物活性

Mal-PEG2-acid is a non-cleavable ADC linker used in the synthesis of antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs). Mal-PEG2-acid can be conjugated to Tubulysin (HY-128914) and its derivative cytotoxic molecule[1]. Mal-PEG2-acid is also a PROTAC linker that can be used in the synthesis of PROTACs.
