10ml 无菌细胞培养基可复原一小瓶本品。储存液足以制备 500mL 培养基。最终工作浓度：100μM 次黄嘌呤、0.4μM 氨基蝶呤、16μM 胸腺嘧啶核苷。

Description

HAT Media Supplement (50×) Hybri-Max™has been used:in the selection and validation of hypoxanthine-guanine phosophoribosyltransferase (HPRT)-deficient clonesin the generation of mAbs (monoclonal antibodies)in the luciferase-based bioassay (LUC) assayReconstitution: Reconstitute contents of vial with 10 ml sterile cell culture medium. Stock solution is sufficient to prepare 500 ml medium. Final working concentration: 100 μM hypoxanthine, 0.4 μM aminopterin, 16 μM thymidine.
