氯化钠 5.0
孔雀石绿 0.01
pH值 6.9±0.2

用法

称取本品 44.0g,加热搅拌溶解于 1000ml 蒸馏水中,分装每瓶 100ml,121℃高压灭菌15 分钟,冷至 45±5℃时,每 100ml 培养基中无菌操作加入 1 支 ITC 添加剂,混匀,备用。

注：培养基中有少量硫酸镁，灭菌后稍浑浊，可能出现少量沉淀。

按标签用法制备培养基，接种以下质控菌株，放置25℃需氧培养48小时。
