Description:

Thiol reducing agarose beads is one of Nanocs reactive agarose beads that can be used to reduce disulfide bonds in biomolecules. These thiol reducing agarose beads contain covalently conjugated dithiol reducing reagents that can effectively reduce disulfide bonds in biomolecules. Compared to common disulfide reducing reagents, such as DTT or TCEP, these dithiol reducing beads can be easily separated from reduced molecules without go through tedious chromatograph or dialysis process.

  • Bead Size: 50~150 microns;
