Aldehyde activated agarose beads from Nanocs are used to immobilize molecules containing amine, hydrazide or aminooxy groups. These aldehyde functional agarose beads have uniform size in the range of 50~150 microns. Epoxy activated agarose beads are able to react with hydroxyl groups at pH 11-12, amino groups at pH>9 and sulfhydryl groups at pH 7.5-8.5.
